tl;dr the OP is asking /r/legaladvice for help because he just found out that he accidentally violated a restraining order by living in the same building as his ex. The reason he has the restraining order is that he found out he was getting cucked and, in a fit of alcoholic rage, smacked her so hard that they sent him to prison for three months.
That was a mere two years ago and he's already living with somebody else who is fully aware of his past actions. Two years from now you will remember this post and realize that in that amount of time you could've gotten married, became a cuck, committed a felony act of domestic violence, gone to court, gone to jail, gotten out of jail and hooked up with another woman if only you didn't have such a bad personality.
