How much do you deadlift though?

I used to be able to deadlift up to 500 pounds, but that was a year ago. I have not worked out due to a work related injury. Fml. That shit has actually catapulted me into severe depression.

5'9 170lb, I've gained alot of weight recently though i was only 120 when i started
You are heavier than me by like 3 kg,but I'm 5'7-5'8. You'll get to it soon don't worry. Even though we are incel,our physical supremacy prevails in the long run :feelsLSD:

I think it is because you've just started. Give your body time. Be patient. Do not damage it for ego.
Eat well, rest well, train properly with good form.

Do not look at foids.
Btw, those weights in the video couls be fake weights, just so you know.

I have seen several such videos being exposed for fake weights.

I remember when I had first started weightlifting. It has taken by body a whole fucking year to understand that it needs to adapt, in other words, grow, produce more testosterone etc. .
And I have been warned that the first year would be the most difficult.
In the second year things have gotten a lot better.

Train intelligently. Keep good form, train regularly, eat and rest properly, and slowly add weight.

225 is just an arbitrary number, because it crosses the "two plate" mark. Don't get too hung up on the number.
