I have been semi-LDARing for over a decade. I have no hobbies, never had friends, and things are just rough, you know?
Although I am not a NEET and a college student, due to my inceldom I have all the time in the world to learn something or get good at a skill.
What should I invest that time and effort in? Human languages? Coding? Philosophy? Politics? History?

post on .is
A long-time lurker of .is. I tried to "seek help" from all kinds of spaces - Subreddits (not recently, about a year ago until I stopped going to that shithole of a site as a user), Discord servers, etc. as soon as they realize I am no normie and my struggles are deeper than anything a cliche saying would fix, I would get banned, etc.

This is the only space (.is) that I trust enough to relate to my struggles.

Depends on your natural aptitudes,If you have an interest learn it. Id also recommend exercise alongside your intellectual/creative pursuit as it keeps the rope away, running is optimal as anyone can do it, gives endorphins and reduces stress and you evolved to do it so you can make progress.Do that and you will be better off

I am trying to work out, get fit, etc. but I have dogshit health, twig joints, and I get injured often. I will find a way to keep training consistently without getting knocked out from exercising for good.

video games probably it

Something that'll make you money. A skill or trade. Be smart and efficient

If you want a chance at getting good, drawing and coding. stuff like languages and instruments take too long for what they're worth.

Isn’t drawing similarly difficult

Reading what?

Do something creative. Write a story, make a painting or a song. Could also be something like creating an app or a website, for example. Basically something that is worth both your own and others' time, unlike the mundane, meaningless and completely transitory hell which is what most of day to day life is. Do not be afraid to have several deep interests as well. Everyone having to be a specialist is a PsyOp.

I've always wanted to learn an instrument

making music not necessarily with an instrument, just get a DAW like fl studio and have fun

Need talent for that
need talent
Read this:
I used to feel like that. Now I can enjoy my hobbies and interests even though I am not the best.

One thing that helps with dealing with this is to become more discerning. Many people seem good but their work is in reality entirely without substance. Very few people manage to do anything that is anywhere near what could be considered truly great, let alone worth anyone's time at all.

A lot of stuff that looks great at a glance falls apart completely under scrutiny. The few people who are truly great at something should become inspirational rather than jealousy-inducing for you.

Great works are lifefuel the way I see them, they can be studied to an infinite depth just like whatever interests you have. You need to view your self-worth as inherent, you can't let it hinge on how good you yourself think you are at something, or even worse: Based on approval from others.

Hobbies and interests are supposed to be fun after all, and if you are truly interested in something you will find it infinitely fun to keep learning about it, no matter how good you are at it. Do not be afraid to have several deep interests as well. Everyone having to be a specialist is a PsyOp. Hobbies and interests are not some purpose for life, they are merely high quality COPES. It is not something you should judge your own "worth" upon in any way. Your hobbies and interests should be stuff you would enjoy doing even if you were Chad.

Talent is a real thing, and us truecels generally do not have a talent for anything which can indeed be very frustrating. But it is a blessing to have an interest in something. Too many people do not even have that. People might call this cope, but I believe that people without a natural givenness for something have more to gain in an interest than people with talent.

Even basic competency in something will be hard-fought. You will likely hit your limits quite quickly as well. But limitations breed creativity. And you will likely go deeper into understanding something than someone with talent.

A lot of truecels are lucky to have a lot of time as well, time that can be entirely taken up by an interest since nothing else is going on in one's life. And like I said, when you are deep enough into an interest you will not care if you are good or bad. It will not hinge on approval from others either.

Lastly, and most important of all: Remember that nothing is truly original. No human is the sole genius creator behind anything, we are merely conduits to what is adjacently possible. Once you realise that nobody has any ownership or lay to claim anything at all, what other people have managed to do in comparison to yourself will no longer feel so special.

If you have never seen it before "Amadeus" is an excellent movie about this very subject.

you need good vocal chords for that
"Good" is subjective. If you can't manage to make a song you like with your own voice you can still make a tune, i.e. instrumental music. Hiring vocalists or using some software to fulfil your vision is also an option.
waste of time as everything is done by now
Tell me you don't have a real interest in software without telling me you don't have a real interest in software.
plus you need a community to sustain that website and money
You don't need approval or money from others to enjoy creating an app or website you personally believe in.

Do you have issues with processing speed or motor ability? If so, drawing or learning an instrument will probably be a frustrating experience. Coding is about the only thing I find interesting, and it doesn't require either of those things so you could try it out.

I think it takes less time to get decent at it. One year drawing every day and you could impress people, but one year on the piano is nothing.

Videogames, make beats/music, drawing/painting

Running, lifting weights, swimming

Gymmaxxing bro. Contrary to what popular media wants you to believe, a large portion if not the majority of the gym community are comprised of incels sick of seeing themselves in the mirror every day. Take a look at Sam Sulek.

Great thing about gymmaxxing is that unlike relationships, its all science. It's one of the few things that won't screw you over as long as you sleep well eat right workout and maybe take a couple needles here and there.

I enjoy doing calisthenics, and it helps me get out of the house
Yes, calisthenics are brilliant.

It's so much better for your body than lifting heavy in the gym too.
