My grandfather was taken by the bottle, I will not see myself in the state he was in. He did manage to kick the alcohol but by the time he did it had already destroyed his body.

Yes it keeps me from being too emotional or depressed so I can wage, some periods I need to drink mid week but this is the best system for me fri-sun post 18:00 so no relatives will come see me
