Apologies, I was under a incorrect impression that dogs are ecologically necessary and have come to learn it's just that cats are bad ecologically, not that dogs are good, so yes I was wrong on England needing more dogs. Also I agree on the murderous mutts but statistically they are mainly pitbulls and Rottweilers, and I agree they should be expelled from Britain or any other nation by law [or killed if you can't or don't want to expel them].
