It pains me to write this thread, as my own people has been colonized by the British themselves.
But one must not turn an blind eye to the opposition, after all, that mentality is as good as burying your head on the sand.
There is a reason why so many "First nations" got colonized by the British. One aspect was that they were egalitarian! For example, let's read these articles for an reference

Today, this trend is happening again, but backwards; While the first world abandons gender norms, being subject to a low birth rate, ultraconserative migrants are flooding in enforcing gender norms. Just this time, it is not done through force (actually sometimes it may be considering how peaceful those people are) but through replacement.
The point of this post is not to glorify British colonization, but to demonstrate what would happen if a culture adapts wokeness, and this time, Britain is being colonized.

The Colonial Roots of Violence Against Native American Women

Indigenous tribes embraced gender fluidity prior to colonisation, but Europeans enforced specific gender roles | World News - The Indian Express
Ethnographic research reveals therefore, that prior to the European dominance, there were absolutely no monolithic gender systems in place. The construction of two specific gender identities as non-interchangeable absolutes, was in fact, the invention of the Euro-Western society.

How colonialism affects sexuality | Feeld
The effect of colonialism on politics is well-documented - but what about on sex and relationships? Here's what you need to know

This violence has its roots in colonial history, starting with Columbus’s 1492 expedition. Prior to that time, Whyatt writes, Native American women were honored and important in tribal life. Violence against women was rare and tribes were usually egalitarian. “Leadership was viewed as a shared responsibility,” according to Whyatt, with women taking an active role in the political process and occasionally becoming tribal chiefs.
If we apply an intersectional lens to our understanding of the full spectrum of sexuality, it becomes all too obvious that most cultures with views on sex, relationships and marriage that differ from the nuclear family set-up have been, and continue to be, wilfully suppressed. And if we look back at history with a critical eye, we can see how the imposition of the gender binary of ‘man’ and ‘woman’, with the accompanying hierarchy of men above women, was itself a mechanism of colonialism.
You see, many pre-colonial societies and indigenous peoples did not view gender as binary – that is, they had more than two genders – and had varying social roles and norms around family structures, household living arrangements and child rearing.
Britain in early 1900s If you looked at the video, it might as well be Iran or Pakistan, but that isn't the case. Before the advent of Europeans, Native Americans, embraced gender fluidity. There were no gender binaries. There were men and women, and then there were feminine men and manly women, and transgendered individuals. In native North American societies, these individuals were considered to be ‘normal’. In fact, those who adopted fluid gender roles were called Two Spirit female and Two Spirit male; and were considered supremely gifted, having the knowledge and ability to understand two opposing sides. There were no defined rules, no distinct binaries. In these societies, men and women frequently assumed opposite gender identities, occasionally cross-dressing, but almost always adopting the universal occupational roles assigned to each sex.
