Do not say anything or why they are banned. Simply ban them, ghost them. In the server, give the reason "bad vibes" or a codeword with plausible deniability.
Lots of people don't know this trick, so theyre afraid to ban faggots and trannies. Hence most servers are shithole these days.

I had a discord server back then for a local community from a niche videogame, after 4 years of history and strongly built foundation I managed to turn it into a based community where one could say nigger with no repercussion.
It wasn't until a few months ago when I noticed that one of the newfags who joined wouldn't shut up about femboys and extremely gay shit.
I was conflicted because the server's soul was being a place of free discussion where one could talk about almost anything, so immediately banning that faggot would betray the sheer principle of it. MASSIVE MISTAKE
This happened during the summer, the server was in two other admins' hands because I was occupied and not able to watch over it much.
Within a month he had invited many tranny and faggot friends who then invited their friends and so on, before I knew it they were a significant portion of the server's members.
I pondered what to do and eneded up banning most of them, but it was too late. They had formed friendships and ingrained themselves with the rest of the server, so kicking them angered another significant part of the server who then left with the faggots on their own server.
The 30 people who remained complained that the server was dead, when in reality it wasn't much different from its activity before the first fag joined, you would have to scroll for a while to find the previous day in the general chat.
I checked messages from during the tranny era, and it really was a noticeable difference. These faggots are so terminally online and talk so much that their influence spreads like wildfire. There wasn't a single day where the word "femboy" hadn't been said at least once.
The server then slowly died. I learned that, despite allowing all kinds of free speech, trannies and faggots will only talk about gay shit. They will contort and manipulate almost every conversation to end up in some mundane reference to their homosexuality or their gay interests.
