I see there was uproar in the British media because the Irish women's soccer team were filmed singing an Irish rebel song about the IRA.
The British get on their moral high horse when their army have killed more civilians in the past 100 years than the Irish have in 1000 years. There were more civilian deaths in a British WW2 bombing than the whole of the Irish troubles. What is more the British worship their soldiers even if they have killed civilians and wear little poppy flowers every November to honour them.

I believe people should be allowed to sing pro IRA songs as an older version of the IRA helped create the modern Irish state. Why should they have to apologise for honouring men who helped form their state?

The British have always been snooty :feelsjuice:

Modern media is all clickbait sensationalism and does not reflect real world values.

Literally 0 people in bongland actually care.
