-Although my first foray into resident evil was playing this game briefly after borrowing it from a friend on the n6420 years ago because I couldn’t get used to the controls, I came to really enjoy it 10 years later when I really got into the Old school games in the series.
- what sets this version apart is the randomized mode, which randomizes a lot of the different weapon and item placements (though key item and other item locations the the same) adding a lot of replay value
-some of the gameplay animations like reloading guns was updated, and it is just really cool to have a survival horror game like resident evil on the n64
Recommended for old school survival horror fans who don’t mind tank controls
