Already do, I have lost over 180 pounds, my skin never tightened up, I still look chubby, the only thing I have going for me in that department is that physically underneath it i'm healthy and have energy, and I look less wide than I did, and i'm more nimble and shit. Also my dick looks bigger than it did when I was fat.

I'm still gonna look chubby at 0% bodyfat because of my brutal amount of loose skin, its over for me unless I get surgery.

From one ex-lardbeast to another, you'd be surprised how much of that is just lingering fat. Have you tried skinfold calipers? You probably shouldn't even think about surgery until your bf% is in the teens.
