Recently I saw an Andrew Tate short where he said: "Don't get legal before you get rich", by this he meant, don't create a company before you make (a lot) of money.
This is 100% accurate. Creating a company is a costly mess especially in Europe, but even worse, closing a company is even messier and expensive.
The rules are shit, especially in Europe where for example you have to register and pay VAT from the first Euro in sales you do.
It is impossible to follow all the regulations if you don't have a law and accounting degree.
The business world is a brutal one, the rules are pretty much the same wether a company makes a billion dollars a year or a thousand dollars a year.
Except you are on your own and the big jewnigger corps have an army of lawyers and accountants which you don't have.
Often they even pay less takes than you do.
As I tell myself: "Break the rules instead of letting the rules break you "
If you are not willing to hardcore break the rules, lie, cheat, steal and take advantage of others, the business world is not for you.
And yes, I have a rule and law breaking offshore company that is raking in over $20k USD a month from the US and Europe (fuck you suckers), and I spend it all on bar girls and other copes in SEA.
