This would be a lifefuel if the Brazilian national health system wasn't full of butchers. Brazil's healthcare is equivalent to that of India or might be even worse. However, I think that offering free plastic surgery is a great idea as long as the service offered is good and safe. I don't know why normies in America are against it. Yeah but it is not for for esthetic cases, you literally need to have deformities caused by accidents or burns, in my case a surgery to increase my chin and jaw would never be approved by the SUS.

I also need this surgery, Genioplasty (osteotomia do queixo + implante de porex ou silicone, meu queixo é completamente retraído) and you need a good experienced surgeon, it's not something easy to do right, not every plastic surgeon is also a craniofacial specialist (only a few actually), so, a free surgery could make things worse and even cause irreparable issues (speacilly if you need osteotomy)! But if you really search for it and try to apply for it through SUS, they will probably tell you it's not that bad and it's not impacting your life the way you think it is, and they will put you on a list to talk to a psychotherapist, but women will get a new booty for free, you can see many cases on that instagram, I've even saved those posts and can link it because no one fucks believe it when I tell them!

I also need to reconstruct my right ear (helix top portion), very expansive and difficult surgery, they use rib cartilage graft, two step surgery, 20k for every step, and they just told me to f*ck off and earn the f*cking money!

I have gyno and a weak jawline. How much do surgeries like that cost in Brazil in dollars? Are private hospital surgeons in Brazil quite good?

Gyno (gland removal alone) is about 2k usd (if you could do it with local anesthesia, no hospital admission needed), but if you also need liposuction on top of that it could double (it depends which hospital you choose and what type of gyno you have), gyno plus lipo of your chest area is something like 10 thousand reais, 2,5-3k usd right now, not more than that.

For a weak jawline there are a number of procedures you could do, it depends how bad it is and what you are aiming for.

Our surgeons are probably even better than most American and European surgeons, but you need to know how to shop wisely!
