Do you actively do anything to stay intellectually fit or even become smarter?
There are plenty of "brain training" apps out there, the biggest one being Lumosity. Probably the most evidence-supported brain exercise is dual N-back which is meant to improve your short-term memory.

I've failed to develop a habit of doing the exercise, but I consider trying again. Unfortunately, I gotta say that it's pretty boring and I'm not sure if reading a chapter of a book or doing some extra language learning isn't a better investment than tracking blinking boxes in hopes of improving short-term memory.
Besides focused stuff like that, I have a routine of studying French with apps (Drops, ClozeMaster and Lingvist), I try to read for at least an hour in bed with varying results and I meditate (simple focus on breath or loving-kindness stuff) before falling asleep (however long I feel like which can be 10 minutes or an hour, it's pretty nice and more relaxing than actual sleep, so that's a surprisingly easy habit to form).
I'm mostly interested in stuff like these "brain training" apps/exercises or solving puzzles or whatever, but feel free to describe your intellectual routine however precisely you wish.
