It's been almost two weeks since I started my sugar wash. Soon it will be done fermenting...
Then I'll run it through the still.
I figure I'll get a five quarts worth of whatever proof rumlike booze.
I'll be drinking it alone ofc.
I hope it doesn't taste like the last batch. Not all the sugar fermented and it was nasty. I put too much sugar in it, thinking the Champlain yeast would bump it up higher. Instead of using the regular recipe...
