I think surely it has more to do with mass immigration than boomers.

That being said I do think it's a good thing when more old people do things like remote work. Personally I don't think I would even feel good just sitting around living off a pension and that's it. I would feel like I wasn't achieving anything.

Not that it's always bad but... I do have a lot of respect for people like Trump who keep working and achieving even past the usual retirement age.
