Men buy some bullshit powder which does nothing and think they'll get ripped. Women buy expensive anti-aging cream (with a total of 0 studies showing any evidence) and think they'll keep looking young.

It's a scam is what it is.
It took until sites like this where people finally stopped coping and accepted it's impossible for some guys to get big and put on muscle without steroids.

do the powders actually do nothing?
and the anti-aging gels like Retina-A don't work?
i thought they had effects, though minimal.

retin a definitely works, just look it up and see how long term users look

i spend a lot of money on retinoids, though i use adapalene instead of tretinoin, which is too expensive.
i thought the powders were for bulking and they worked to make you have a good base for muscles, though.

Most supplements do jack shit unless it's something you're deficient in, and the lifting supplements that work are so weak they're not worth it unless you're absolutely loaded. At least nowadays people are more aware when it comes to sups. 10-15 years ago youtube and bb.com were an absolute shitfest filled with gullible morons who thought supplements were almost on par with roids

I mean you can get the same result by just eating normal, healthy food so I see it as more of a way to squeeze money out of gymfags

and it's more enjoyable to eat rather than take bland supplements with no taste.
