True body dismorphia basically only applies to men because as you know foids have the juggernaut law advantage. When a male has body dismorphia it just means his ugly, not satisfied with your height? You’re short, not satisfied with your facial bone structure? You’re ugly, not satisfied with your dick size? It’s small. Not satisfied with your physique? Your skinny or fat.

If anyone felt that “body dismorphia” feeling it’s your subconscious telling you that you’re not good enough and you never will be, you will never be truly desired by foids.

it's real but the term is basically always misused. when u hear body dysmorphia think of the Stacy who thinks she's never good enough and plastic surgerymaxxes till she's a goblin not an inkwell who very naturally dislikes actual ugly things like his face (no delusion involved that's the key difference).
