From ages 15 -21 , i wasted my time trying to bring myself to standards of foids by doing everything they said matters. Blackpill should be preached to younger guys so they don't waste their time, so that they can focus on careermaxxing.

I was lean 1 year ago, this depression phase I went through last year because nothing in life worked and dad died and all shit happening, I became fat, not being able to focus, too stressed , too depressed.
