Have you ever felt that nöthing that you do can make you not an incel? It's because you fundamentally cannot do anything, loser. Let me elaborate:
First off, I will begin by stating that humans are social animals. Everything in the human psyche that isn't designed to preserve your life is designed to serve society: Sex makes more babies to populate society, laughter signifies to others that you are friendly, anger is for warning others of a potential enemy (other than making you preserve your own life), etc.
Therefore, it is safe to say that everything you can do in life is in service of other people. Being a NEET counts either as doing nothing (it doesn't make you feel any different), or accepting the pity of the welfare office in order to enjoy your useless existence (accepting charity is a social thing).
So, I will sort everything you can do in life into two categories: Those things that pertain directly to personal relationships (making friends, going on dates etc.), and the rest of the things you can do (mostly having a job, doing volunteer work, shitposting etc.)
Since we have already established that everything you do must be seen as an action within a society, the second category (non-relationship stuff) must serve or at least interact with society. Your job offers to society, your shitposting detracts from it. Since the human brain is usually designed as to reward you with happy chemicals for doing good stuff, in order to be happy, you have to be useful to society. You have to be an engineer or a lawyer or a doctor, you have to donate for the health of abandoned puppies, etc.
This means that, when you are growing up, you obtain the beliefs that you must be good to other people, you must conform, you must love and be loved in turn. In case you've correlated the last two paragraphs, you will have noticed that non-relationship stuff cannot possibly gratify you directly. Being an engineer does not make you happy, the results of that job make you happy; and those results are the esteem of your peers, LOVE, and paid vacations.
But wait; being good at your job does not mean that people will like you. I think that everyone on this forum understands that. Therefore, we have excluded the second category of things (the things that aren't relationship related) from the list of things that can make you happy. So you can only be happy by forming real relationships with people.
So how do you form relationships, since if you do not you will be sad forever? Well let's think back to our opening statement: The brain does stuff because it is good for the society. Therefore, relationships will be formed if doing so is useful for the human species. Let's think of some things that are useful for humanity: survival and procreation. That's it, actually. Survival can be achieved if everyone works their jobs, gathers resources and gives them to other people so that people don't starve and die, get sick and die, or die in general. And what's useful for procreation? Good genes, of course. Oh right, this is why I was posting this on the incel forum!
Good genes are reflected in everything on your person. Your hair, your cheekbones, your IQ, your everything. This is because, since good genes propagate and bad genes are continuously rejected, people tend to form two distinct categories: people with good genes that reproduce, and people with bad genes that go on incels.co.
So the brain automatically looks out for well gened people and wants to make friends with them or fuck them. Romance is when both of those things happen. Before you ask, yes, you have to be good looking and not just interesting and witty to make friends, you're on the incel forums for fuck's sake.
And in case you didn't pay attention in bio class in high school, you can't change your genes. Your mama and papa/sperm donor give them to you upon birth and it's rude to ask for a refund.
And to wrap it all together: You can only be happy if you have friends and a gf. You can only have friends and a gf if you have good genes. Either you have good genes or you don't, it's basically a coin flip, or a dice roll if you're feeling more nuanced.
So there it is. You can only be happy if you're not an incel, but too bad that you're doomed to be an incel forever
