Right-wing disaffection in America used to be characterized by libertarian modes of thought because there was a subconscious understanding in the minds of its proponents that they could never truly achieve power, and that they should therefore focus their limited amounts of resources on trying to limit/eliminate the power of the state (and thus the power of their enemies).
But then Blumpf showed up and altered the psychology of the disaffected right-wing by dangling the prospect of power in front of their noses! This created a fascistic fanaticism in them, known as the alt-right, which has since been shown to be naive. The alt-right completely reversed the logic of libertarianism and championed what it hoped to be an autocratic strongman, who would overcome the corrupt stagnation of liberal-democracy and secure its interests by force; but instead it just got the effete, orange buffoon who was always visible on the surface.
This has resulted in one of two copes: militants who tell you to "read siege" and help usher in the imminent overthrow of ZOG, and moderates who tell you to play the waiting game and hope that society will become more amenable to their political views as conditions continue to deteriorate.
The militant siegelords are obviously analogues to the moribund libertarian militia movement, which was easily destroyed by coercive state power. It is a doomed cope.
The moderates are destined to become nothing more than racial segregationists in the wider American context of a majority non-White country. They will ironically come to idealize libertarianism again, once they realize that national independence or any kind of formalized segregation is unattainable to them, and the most they can ever hope to achieve is increased provincial self-governance in scattered, incidentally majority-White areas. And like their libertarian/neo-confederate forebears, they will ultimately get nowhere even if they do manage to gain some successes in this regard.
