But he skips the usual unsolicited advice and just say that when he was "involuntarily celibate" he shut up about it and wonders why we're so open about it.

Why do Incel Toms declare shutting up about inceldom is what we should do? I don't understand it.

I said it before and i'll say it again, there is NO benefit to being an Incel Tom. Prostrating yourself at the feet of your feminist overlords will do nothing to help you, you're just as miserable as before.

Why should we be expected to shut up about it? Come at us for misogyny, come at us for wanting to see normies murdered, but it doesn't make any logical sense to come at us for simply complaining about being incel. It's not a healthy thing to be, factually. It increases your likelihood of depression tenfold and as such also increases your chances of suicide. Why should we shut up about that? How is telling us to shut up about a genuine problem at all constructive? Someone more intelligent than I am should do a black pill detailing the negative health effects of Inceldom using studies and all of that.

"I was affected by gender discrimination and I shut up about it! You modern women should have to as well!"
"I went through segregation and racism in America and I shut up about it! You younger blacks should have to as well!"

Telling people the problems and very much tangible consequences of these problems that they need to shut up is a deflection that only hurts these people.

My impression is you don't want to lower your own status in society even further. Not all incels are obvious and there's also the idea that you want to adopt a positive mindset no matter what your situation. Of course, anything said by a rich celebrity like Maher is not applicable to us.

How is this acceptable? Laughing at someone who can't do anything about it? It's one thing to laugh at something changeable like clothes or hair style, but if your face is ugly it's over. It makes me seethe with rage. You don't see people laughing at cripples because they can't walk, now this is hateful eh?
