I seriously don't see the issue.
We aren't redefining harassment or stalking. We aren't giving law enforcement more powers to monitor online speech. We aren't redefining the boundaries of the First Amendment. No one is going to get arrested for merely posting here.
You're under the impression that everyone in the Biden admin will be as far-left as the Twitter and Reddit soyboys you argue with, probably because you don't speak to any liberals in real life. Biden is a reasonable moderate and always has been. You also think that this task force will somehow have special powers to crack down on incels when we are barely on the edge of their radar. Even so, it is simply a working group of nonpartisan career bureaucrats and social scientists who will sit together and write a report.
I'd actually be more concerned if the Trump administration drew up this task force because, unlike liberals, the Trump admin takes an unnaturally expansive view of executive power and don't even try to rein in law enforcement when they violate civil liberties.
I don't know if you're just fear-mongering or if you're actually delusional enough to have a persecution complex.
