Chasing women at 2am in a hoodie and mask. Run at top speed and catch up to her, scare the shit out of her, act like you're gonna take her, then run away. After this, water break. Then look for your next victim.
 
Actually a pretty good exercise depending on how long you do it.
 
Funny. But I’d be too afraid of getting arrested.
Here, in America, a man could be arrested for just about anything.

Try this leg workout instead:
50 squats
30 Lunges each leg
30 calf raises each leg
10 Burpees
Run 1 mile
Repeat 4 or 5 times

This workout gets my legs feeling nice and tired.

Won't solve me being 5'3. There's no hope for me at this stage. There's no support of me getting fit at my height I'll get called im a try hard. I have to die for them
