It's mind-boggling to me how people can struggle with underweight because it's literally that easy.
You aren't hungry? Doesn't matter. You can still eat something, it doesn't hurt, if done right it even tastes good.
It's a billion times harder to lose weight by eating less because your body will constantly be telling you that you need to eat and you have to fight against that craving which is incredibly more difficult than to just eat a tasty snack without being hungry.
