it’s easily halo reach for me

I like how it’s focused mainly on covenant vs unsc & showing how much stronger the covenant were.

I also prefer not being super powerful like master chief.

I have been going back to play that game every few years.

I agree, Reach is definitely the best. I also liked ODST playing as a grunt, but I think ODST's campaign is a lot better.

I don't understand the appeal of halo. Is it like COD in space? Just shoot enemies and they shoot at you. I am not a fan of singleplayer fps games. Playing fps games against AI is pretty boring tbhngl. One exception to that rule for me was doom eternal. There is more to master than just aiming right. Quickswitching as fast as possible, utilizing all your tools to gather resources, learning to fling yourself as far as possible using the meathook etc. are some of the features that differs doom eternal from your average fps games.

Reach without a doubt. 2 is my second fav

It popularized concept of console shooters. Fps were always pc back then. That with a tight level designs good pacing and interesting lore and world building. And online multiplayer on console made it a big deal

I liked 2 the best becaaue you could play as the arbiter and had the 2 story thing going on

The enemies are all different in how they fight and there are vehicles & a balanced sandbox

Not a normal shooting game like COD, that is why I can play the campaigns again and again without being bored.

reach is in fact very good
if halo CE didnt have the last 4 levels be played backwards, then it would be CE for me

Reach was badass

Halo ce is my favorite then Halo 3 then Reach is in 3rd place.

Halo 4. Most goonable Cortana. Only reason.

Halo 2 moggs. I loved playing as the Arbiter. The dual perspective really fleshed out the story. It also made the missions more varied and compelling.

I was so pissed when Bungie relegated the Arbiter to a sidekick in Halo 3. It really hurt the campaign.
