yeah Its not extremely gory but Its enough to be satisfying
I dont remember if There is much gore while using assault rifles since I use the shotgun most of the time but with the shotgun you can blow off limbs
You can use the enemys as a human shield or pick them up and use them as a grenade to kill their friends when you use them as a grenade they explode into a pile of gore
You can also dual wield guns even spaz 12s which are fun to use and you have invisibility and bullet time
Its worth playing if you can get it on sale

Masters of Raana and Free Cities are pretty good if you don't mind porn games. Both games allow you to enslave foids and do all sorts of shit to them, even breed them I think.

Extremely hard for first 50-100 matches if you have some LoL experience you could adapt quicker but turn rates, jungling, itemization and runes, getting used to the abilites will still be painful. In Dota 2 you feel like you are playing always as a some weak jungle creep that can die instantly unless you are playing as a str character or a chara with some abilities that let you avoid or dodge damage. For example Anti mage can teleport at any time with his ability he is weak at first but in late game it's unstappable. Wind Ranger can use her skill to avoid physical dmg. Slark can just jump away and one of his skill removes most debuffs at cost of his hp.

You need to be creative in Dota 2 and that's the funnest and best part of it. LOL isn't fun to play cuz it's stuck in its own rules with annoying bs match-ups. In Dota, you have freedom on your build and need to be einstein level tactics to absolutely outsmart your enemy team. Also comeback is also a thing and one of the most emotional and hypest mechanic in the game. The worst part is the community and you know when a game is hardcore the community is also hard to deal.

I got hooked on Resident Evil 4 2005 immediately. I'm playing it with a mouse and keyboard and installed a modern controls mod, which makes the game much easier
