I think this will differ depending on whether you mean best country to move to in order to ascend or best country for coping if it's over for you. For instance, Japan will be difficult to ascend in, but being incel is almost normie there which is good cope.

And the best place if you´re don´t mind religion must be some muslim countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan etc. But I hate religion so I couldn´t accept their religious beliefs.
