I was listening to a local Dutch radio and a professor of urology came on and talked about the recent meta-analysis which claimed that the average dick grew 25% in the past 30 years.
See this thread for more details on that:
According to him this study isn't reliable as the bulk of the newer data comes from self measuring and men tend to overreport the size of their penis by a few centimetres, in fact he noted that men seeing above average penises in porn might have been a cause for men overestimating their own dicks to keep up with what they perceive to be averages and due to their ego. He then noticed that it is way more likely that dicks have been shrinking.
After that he came with some whitepills for dicklets, namely that penis length isn't important at all for sexual satisfaction while penis girth is (saying that it's better to have a small thick penis than a long thin one), later he also said that a man's sexual skills are more important than his size and noted that bigger penises are actually worse to have as (1) they are more likely to get crooked (like mine ), (2) they require more blood and are therefore more prone to erectile dysfunction, and (3) more toilets complain about their partner being too big than too small.
He also noted that the environmental damage done by humans have been reliably documented to shrink the penis sizes for various other animals.
Unrelated to the radio show, but I also don't think that sexual selection for large penis size to the extend that they grew 25% in such a short period is even possible unless toilets all coordinated to only reproduce with large dicked men.

Meanwhile as I wrote before microplastics are shrinking dicks so the recent meta-analysis likely works with faulty data.
Dick size isn't as important to 99% of toilets as most men think.
See this thread for more details on that:
The average erect penis length has increased over the past three decades across the world
