top one is "chechen devushka" which means chechen girl, chechens are essentially the muslims of russia. the chinese text translates to "china, beijing. the one below being "china, xinjiang", which is the place where they have uyghur (muslim) death camps. there's a weird trend going on with muslims and china, but I can't explain what the point is
