Someone who is socially isolated and lonely, will die faster then someone who smokes 15 cigarettes a day. I'll go through atleast 2 studies on this topic
STUDY NO 1
www.dailymail.co.uk
Being lonely is .1 percent worse then smoking 15 cigs a day and is 6x as worse then being obese. So someone whos 5'6 and 300 pounds but has a good social life will potentially live longer than someone whos alone

If you wanted more proof or a better source, heres a study done by havard.
STUDY NO 1
Being lonely is as deadly as smoking 15 cigarettes a day
Lonely people are up to 30 percent more likely to suffer heart disease, previous US research has suggested. They are also are a greater risk for dementia, stroke, depression and anxiety.

He's treating social isolation as if its some kind of addiction, seriously he probably doesn't understand that people don't choose to be isolated and that its not a simple fix.Dr Vivek Murthy said social isolation was as bad as smoking 15 cigarettes per day and should be treated with same urgency as 'tobacco use, obesity and the addiction crisis'.
He lists some of the symptoms and to put this in perspective, people who are obese are less likely (7%) to get heart disease then someone whos lonely. Its sad that being socially outcasted and lonely can be so detrimental to your health. I mean this is why normies are evil, they outcast people without even thinking about just how damaging it is.Lonely people are up to 30 percent more likely to suffer heart disease, previous research has suggested. Their basically telling you that your chances of dying raise by 30 percent. if you removed the loneliness part and put a blank there instead "increases the risk of premature death by nearly 30 percent" no one would have ever guessed that loneliness goes there.Loneliness increases the risk of premature death by nearly 30 percent, with the report revealing that those with poor social relationships also had a greater risk of stroke and heart disease

Loneliness has same risk as smoking for heart disease - Harvard Health
Loneliness and social isolation raises your risk of heart attack, stroke, and even early death, says a new study. The risk was similar to light smoking or obesity. ...
So they examined 23 studies with 181,000 lonely adults, in this group as you can see in above, they recorded that being social isolated increased the risk of a heart attack by 29% and a 32% greater risk of a stroke. Being socially isolated is worse for you then doing literal drugs. I wonder how many people have actually died from being socially isolated. I still cant get over the fact that literal obese people are more likely to live longer than those who are isolated and withdrawn from society. absolutely insane.Researchers examined 23 studies that involved 181,000 adults. Among this group, 4,628 heart-related events—such as heart attacks, angina attacks, or even death—and approximately 3,000 strokes were recorded. The data showed that loneliness, social isolation, or both were associated with a 29% increased risk of heart attack and 32% greater risk of stroke. The risk was similar to that of light smoking or obesity, according to the researchers.
