I always feel great vigor and mental robustness when I go without, not only watching porn, but just not even getting aroused by females in general. I tried everything, so i tried this too. It helped me to cope for some time actually. I think it works if A) u try it for a short period of time (at least for me, because im high libido), B) u can actually avoid females (not allways possible) and C) u can tolerate absence of pleasure (if u dont take drugs or have any hobbies besides that one), D) you have any kind of hope, because it takes effort and every effort needs a pourpose.
