At least 2D is not real. Those characters are not real. Many anime directors and manga writers, particularly pre-2000s, are awkward people and nerds like me. In the past anime was created for nerds. Sadly, anime nowadays is for normies aka broader audience. Normies ruin everything they touch. I would encourage you to stay away from modern anime. You should look into old anime or at least pre-2010s and manga if you enjoy reading.

Still I cannot watch any movie which involves real actors. I really hate actors and actresses, boybands, etc. These people are paid just for their existence. It is so unfair to me.

Yeah same, that's why I stopped anime, movies, Netflix years ago.
It brings more pain than joy since cognitive dissonance will inevitably kick in.
