Imagine living as a fragile old man and living on your own, you could fall down the stairs and unable to call for help.

Yeah it often happens that the nurses mistreat or even beat up the old people.

That’s why healthmaxxing might make the difference between dying painfully in poor health or dying less painfully.
Healthmaxxing didn’t make sense to me until I realised no one was going to take care of me knowing there’s no wife or children to watch after me.
While we all want to die from this horrible life , I don’t think you want to die painfully especially after seeing terminally ill people at the hospital ward when I was warded recently.
