These women have no freaking clue about what they are doing, the job and consequently what person would actually do a good job. From all my years I never got a job from one of these useless HR Stacies. All the interviews, all the travels, all the time for nothing.

All jobs I have ever had came from small companies where the guys who actually did the job liked me as a person.

So after all these years I am sick and tired of it. I never reply to female recruites, set up appointments and don't show up, tell them to call and never reply.

I bet these foids are never serious about hiring me in the first place and just need to fill up some statistics for their bullshit HR firm. That includes the ones who "headhunt" me.
