Been having nightmares everyday for the past weeks

I can always tell where the nightmare comes from, it's always something that happened in the day or during the past that was humiliating, typically during the day, that is then amplified to be 1000x worse than it really is
I dunno how to stop these nightmares

Last night i dreamed my father tried to kill me with a bottle of wine. I woke up punching the air with my foot. 10/10
