If I eat gluten I get urticaria hives. Haven't eaten gluten in like 3 years now. Its probably gluten sensitivity and not celiac disease for me. Either way the hives never bothered me really, but I think triggering inflammation in your body isn't good so I decided to ditch gluten from my diet.

i don't know bro the hives might just be your only manifestation of the disease, some people are even asymptomatic.
