electricity is handled by an apu. Those custom trucks have a tank for fresh water and a tank for waste water.
Ive got an apu on mine but non of the other fancy stuff this one has. stove, toilet etc.

Wheelbase, weight and maneuverability all start to become issues as you stretch out the frame and add extras to the sleeper.
This freightliner could get stuck on railroad tracks pretty easily.

occasionally see them pulling other trailers.
Weights a big problem. Ordered a purple mattress for mine weighs 90lbs. I'm pretty much maxed out with the chains I have to carry. Need to either pull under 40000 for the winter or figure out a way to cut 90lbs from the truck. Easiest way would be to dump a chain
