I find it very insulting and annoying when people say "be happy" especially when you yourself know the current situation that you're in makes that impossible. because quite frankly, it's fucking impossible to be "happy" in a world that everyday gives you a friendly reminder that you will never belong, never matter, or ever be loved. The way I see it, it only do a disservice to the miserable individual because the last thing that person needs is false hope and bs preach to them

Normies think thoughts come before feelings, which sometimes is the case, but feelings come before thoughts most of the time.

For example, caffeine is known for stimulating the nervous system, which makes you anxious and agitated. That often happened to me when I drank coffee. I had anxious thoughts out of nowhere simply because I drank a cup of coffee.

So the environment is stimulating you negatively, there is no way your thoughts can overcome your feelings. Feelings must come before thoughts, not the other way around.

Normies say ''be happy'' or ''be confident'' because they have a lot of things going for them that can make them confident or happy.

They can't even begin to imagine what it's like to be a subhuman. They can't fathom not having any sort of success in life.
