See, this is what you would call a fakecel (which alot of people on this site are).
It's clear he had alot of self esteem issues and for him, confidence probably was a genuine factor in him being single. It's amazing how after seeing a doctor he was able to get into relationships.
The public perception of an incel is based on many false premises to the point that their argument of "it's your personality" is actually true. And this is based on the fact that the most vocal in this community are the decent looking, abusive ones (where looks aren't their problem, it's just their shitty personalities). I wonder when truecels will ever get attention, since they are by all accounts are the loneliest, always will be and most likely to rope.
