The only black guys in the UK that I see with white women are the stereotypical black guys (tall, muscular, high T) of shades varying from lightskin to darkskin like you mentioned. While the shades differ the reoccurring trait is height and muscularity. These guys wouldn't look out of place in an American hood with the thugs.
