It's too fine making it look like paint. No one with a buzz cut has hair that fine and thick. You can't see his scalp at all. It looks ok from a distance, but up close you can tell it's paint.

I bought some for my hair color, I saw white people who were using it in the reviews, it seemed like it works better on them.
