However, when a politician comes out against prostitution or euthanasia, there's no censorship there. No Conservative has EVER been censored for opposing prostitution or euthanasia, those are the two traditionally Conservative positions that are fully acceptable to the left.

The government should have zero right to keep people alive. Even if they could feel everything, that's still a gross violation of people's rights to keep them alive.
