there was a whole stack for hairmaxxing, with unironically like 30 ingredients you could take, what i took from there was vit c, vit d, pumpkin seed oil, green tea extract + just eating green tea itself, taurine powder, those combined with eating in 8 hour windows max had a decent effect

well, whatever you do needs to be done fast, getting more density is a HUGE improvement any way you get it, but you still want to avoid unrecoverable bald spots
