Background noise while doing other things

Anyone have something they listen to as background noise while playing vidya, working or studying?

I usually listen to some really long video essay or maybe the office.

Yeah, I've done that for two years, but then stopped. Do it every now and then.

I feel like having background noises makes me feel like that I'm not lonely.

I listen to old FACEandLMS streams that I've archived on my computer or the ones still on YouTube.

I usually relisten to some of them as sometimes I zone out and miss particular sections of the stream.
