I hate when people say we had it easier. Yes, Baby Boomers had it easier, but that didn't do me any good.
It made it worse, seeing all people my age with dates.
At least young people see other young people who are abstinent.
So whenever you tell me boomers had it easier, all you are doing is reminding me how good my peers have it, and that makes me feel more depressed.
A good analogy would be like saying a girl in my class is easy.
She had sex with everyone but me, so saying she's easy only makes me feel worse.
Another analogy. Let's sat my high school had a reputation for being a party high school, but I wasn't invited to one party. Saying that my high school was good for partying only reinforces that I was the only one left out.
