That's not true actually. Assyrians, called the people who lived in the Levant, Mesopotamia etc Arabs.

Yea it makes sense, given that jews and Arabs are both semites, they can't be both semites if Arabs only lived down south in the Arabian peninsula, and this makes them neighbours of assyrians so they'd know, then I wonder why would Persians make Ctesiphon instead of their ancestral Fars as their capital, or somewhere in Iranian plateau
