T overdose generates resistance to it, only way to avoid the resistance is to supply it like the body does which is very annoying and can be unhealthy due to always having to have a needle in your veins.

Also T benefits are mostly while being teenager, Nofap is used to make you lose resistance to some brain hormones meaning making you NT or have a normal behavior as these hormones control mood.

Just looks at the shit most people eat nowadays, it's pretty devoid of micronutrients. They only eat for flavor and wonder why their hormones are completely fucked.

I'm no medical expert, but I'd say to only think about injecting test once all following conditions are met:

1) You are a healthy body weight.
2) You have an active lifestyle that involves regular cardiovascular and resistance exercises.
3) You have a healthy diet and sleep cycle.
4) You've been adhering to 1-3 for years.

If you do all three consistently and you STILL have low T, then that's when you should visit a medical doctor and possibly seek TRT, because you might have a real deficiency requiring treatment.

depends on the vitamins and how sufficient your diet is
I've found that taking certain vitamins creates noticeable benefits
zinc seems to improve my skin and increases libido, test, and cum even if I seem to be getting enough from food
vitamin a(retinol) helps my skin, I find it pretty helpful since my only source of vit a is eggs
I spend most of my time indoors so I start to feel a little shitty if I don't take vitamin d
My diet isn't perfect, so I do find supplements pretty useful in the right context
