The women when they tell you the bluepill advice, they know, they all know subconsciously and in a way consciously also they just are too stubborn to admit it.

They say "Just be yourself, just self improve, just put yourself out there" But it's just shit they've never actually tried. They don't give advice with what they tried, they give advice with what they THINK it works, and we all know women's imagination and thinking processes are shit, they know they're stupid but feminism just pushed the idea of "Women are as smart as men" So hard down their throats they they just delusionally think that whatever bullshit they imagine it will work will actually work.

To be honest 100% of women don't have to do any self improvement to get a date. Men can go 100% into self improvement and get no date (my personal experience)
