Then why do people get diagnosed as children long before they've had any major impacts from society? There's nothing about looks that makes some incapable of making eye contact, understanding and using body language, etc. There's people far uglier than many on the forum who are capable of such things.
Furthermore, there are clear and stark differences on this forum between those with autism and those without in behavior and mannerisms
The reason why many people on this forum are autistic is because:
1.) It' s a major inhibitor and almost everyone on the planet has to be able to navigate social situations and be capable of talking to women to get laid.
2.) Autistic people swallow the blackpill far easier.

I mean I guess so. This forum and blackpill in general does put a ton of emphasis on looks. Even normies will agree that looks do matter, but then go on to say that it only matters for initial attraction (false) and then it's all pErSonaLitY after that. But what I find that is so odd about dealing with normies is that they all behave more or less the same. Once you get to know one normie, you pretty much know them all. In this sense, personality really does not matter as they are all more or less interchangeable with insignificant variations.
Ironically, it is actually having a unique personality that hurts your chances at having anything resembling a normal love life. Try using any dating app, looking for either men or women, and all the profiles just sort of blend in with each other. You can see patterns in the same words used, photos taken in the same places, the same boring interests.
