Autism doesn't guarantee high prenatal T, but there's a correlation for sure. High T as a baby increases autistic characteristics.

I was diagnosed a 4 years old and my ring finger is noticeably much longer than my pointer finger. All high T did for me though was make everyone think I'm an ugly ogre-looking asshole. I was pretty violent though, so at least kids were too afraid to pick on me.

I knew a kid in school with extremely bad autism. let me just say "retard strength" is a real thing. when we were 8 years old he was already taller and broader than most high schoolers and punched a hole through the wall on numerous occasions.
I saw him in the mall recently and he is probably 6'2 250 pounds, he was pacing around menacingly (accompanied by his mother of course because he cant be left alone). he has slayer tier DOM looks but is just too mentally incapacitated to do anything for himself and will be incel forever because he would probably kill a girl by accident if he touched her.

interestingly his brother is in prison for rape.
